Product builds both modular or kits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and are considered final sales. Product builds require a non-refundable security deposit to ensure materials procured are dedicated to the build ordered and arrive to fit our complex schedule.

Lumber and materials are refundable within thirty days of purchase with an original copy or receipt. Returned items must be unopened, stored properly, undamaged, clean, and unused, lumber must be of the original length of purchase.

Special order lumber and materials must be paid in full prior to order and remain final sale.

Clearance, Fall Down and Discounted Items are all considered final sales.
